Another project where you will just have to take my word for it that it actually works. This project has two slides that control the angle of the branches and the size difference between the levels of the tree and it all updates live. There is so much more I want to do with this and there are so many inspiring ideas out there. Here's where I got the ideas for this project.
One things that was interesting and frustrating was that I was having some difficulty with the slider and it just wouldn't work. I thought I hit an obstacle that might stop my progress in learning to code, or at least learning this project. I read the code over and over and I couldn't find the error, and then...it just started working. It was frustrating The slowdown bothered me but the fact that I didn't find the mistake was also annoying. mistakes and errors are great for learning, but that learning can only take place when, 1) you know there is an error, and 2) when you can fix the problem. The first part was there but I don't feel like I could troubleshoot a similar error again in the future.
